This was the last stop on our girlie weekend, all feeling fairly jaded but we were revived here! All said we can't possibly eat or drink much BUT of course we all managed to have the Sunday roast, beef with all the trimmings! It was delicious, real roast beef, (no plastic slices!) crunchy roast potatoes, crispy Yorkshire & very reasonably priced at £7.95. We did cut down on the alcohol, some had soft drinks, some had spritzers, all had black coffee!
Very attractive traditional surroundings, highly recommended.
