This is an absolute delight.  What a find even though I say so myself!  Passed by the "brown sign" directing patrons to THE NEW MILL whilst visiting another venue in Eversley and took note to visit it the next time we had a reunion with our friends. From the moment we entered the Grill Room we were made welcome and enjoyed tasty nibbles with our drinks. The menu is good; we all chose something different for starters and main courses since I told my friends I wanted to do a review for LWL!

We were all impressed, not only by the wonderful surroundings but also by the excellent service and good food. (Alas my "better" half had a bit of a moan, not having been provided with a finger bowl with his Moules and he missed the taste of a real French baguette), but I do tend to spoil him with my culinary delights!

 

I ordered the creamy vegetable soup (delicious) and the Fish platter as a main which was incerdibly generous with smoked mackerel, salmon, smoked trout and prawns! The Char grilled Devilled chicken was delicious too, served on a mixed leaf salad.
