Situated on the left hand side of the road as you enter Lyndhurst from Southampton with a large car park. Attractive building which I remember used to be tea rooms! Decor is now very typical of many Italian, Spanish or Greek restaurants, busy! Sure the atmosphere would be much better in the evening, there was only one other table occupied for lunch. Staff very friendly.
I chose Gnocchi with a cream & basil bolognaise sauce, enjoyable. Another was pleased with the choice of Penne Arabiatta (pasta with tomato & chilli sauce), but the most delicious was a Pizza Prosciutto. Freshly cooked, thin & crispy base & loads of prosciutto ham. Very crispy garlic bread. Had our usual bottle of house wine.
