We were staying in Cowes Yacht Haven over the Bank Holiday weekend and decided to return to an old favourite, Mojac’s on Shooters Hill.  Mojac’s have been included in The Good Food Guide 2010 and I’m not surprised!
Everything on the menu was obviously home made and delicious; the portions were very generous and all of us left feeling very replete.  The Feta cheese, roasted pepper and olive salad was very tasty and three of us followed this with Slowly cooked Brisket of Beef on horseradish mash served with broccoli, red cabbage and carrots.  Only two of us managed Crème Brulee and one chose the Cheese board which was enough for four people!
Such excellent value for money; the Weekday set price menu is £19.95 for 3 courses and 2 people enjoying 3 courses get a free bottle of wine either South African Chenin Blanc 2010 or Ruby Cabernet Merlot 2009!!  Open Mon - Sats 11.45 - 1.30 pm, Evenings from 5.45pm.
We definitely highly recommend Mojac’s.
