LWLBronze Award - Awarded October 2005 - Cost £

This 17th Century Inn is situated by the river Avon and overlooks the famous old arched bridge. There is both a terrace and conservatory and therefore plenty of dining room.  This must be a wonderful location in the summer.

The menu is interesting, a varied choice and good value. I enjoyed my snack of Tiger Prawns, Chicken, Roasted peppers, onion, garlic & chilli all served on an open baguette with a side salad.  Definitely want to return as there were many interesting items to try & I was only there for a quick snack.  I recommend a visit.  Do check out their website.

5/5 = Cannot be improved upon, 4/5 = Very good, 3/5 = Good,
2/5 = Satisfactory, 1/5 = Poor, 0/5 = Terrible

The higher the "Yummy" factor, the better the food & service. The higher the number of £ signs the more expensive. (Roughly one £ sign = £5 per head)
