Visited mid May 2001 & many other times so leaving report on 6 months page!
Have always been very pleased with the food on my many visits to Southampton Leisure World's branch of ASK. ( Found out that ASK are the initials of the founder of the group, I think it was Anthony Simon Kerr, or something similar!). Very bright modern decor, young friendly staff. This visit was particularly enjoyable as the place was buzzing, although the atmosphere is always good. Even though it was so busy the only thing we had to wait for was one coffee. I had Chicken Caesar Salad, the others had pasta with a pesto sauce, Tagliatelle Carbonara and, another favourite of mine, spaghetti with spicy meatballs, all were simple dishes but delicious and very reasonable.
As we were going on to the cinema we only had one course, one bottle of House White, which was medium dry & quite acceptable, and some beers therefore,
