Visited December 2002

Two of us received a warm welcome from the staff at this warm & nicely decorated restaurant in Ashurst.

We started with a king prawn tikka & a meat samosa, both of which were delicious.

For our main course we ventured into Bangladeshi Fish Cuisine which was a first for me.

The ayre mass mossallah which was marinated overnight & served with a spicy onion sauce was excellent.

The other main course was an asha chefs special , tikka sag which is chicken in a spinach sauce, yet again really good!

We had a bottle of muscadet & the only only thing we didn't like was the coffee, but as we were given a complementary liqueur we drank that instead!

I will look forward to visiting this restaurant again, perhaps trying their Kurzi Lamb for four people. 24 hours notice.
£55-95.
