A great little place that I often
frequent for coffee and lunch. They also have a superb Tapas
evening most Friday nights, but you do need to book. Lots of
yachties visit (including the famous ones!) as it's on the edge of
Clarence Marina. Scrummy breakfasts are served from early morning but resisting the goats cheese & red onion marmalade seeded panini is impossible (see left) absolutely delicious!! Even if I just pop in for coffee I end up ordering one! The extensive menu is all home-made by the superb staff headed by mum Christine and daughter Sarah. This award winning bistro and outside caterer came up trumps for my Epsom Ladies Day trip in June. All my clients were really impressed with the delicious 3 course lunch supplied - canapés, whole salmon, quiches, salads, meat platters, choc torte, strawberries etc etc. Prices in the bistro vary,
but are all very reasonable. I do know my panini is £4.95, and served
with a salad garnish - and a big smile! Well worth a visit or
two.... |
